    We trace back your current conditions to the root cause. This is when we focus on the energetic shifting to align you with your goal.

  • Aligned Action

    Next, we find the aligned action that you need to take in your physical reality to get you to your desired reality. I work alongside you to develop a plan that you actually enjoy.

  • Mindset Shifts

    We learn how to program your mind to get you to your goals and stay on track. This is where we will address anything that could still be bothering you as well.

So why does this work?

So many people fall into the trap of dieting, restriction, and control. After many years of also falling into these traps, I can confidently say they do not work and they certainly do not make you feel any better. Most of the time, these strategies can help you reach physical goals, but they fail to address the mindset to create long lasting changes. Nutrition and fitness should be something that is enjoyable, brings you a sense of purpose, makes you feel confident, and helps you live your best life. It is NOT something that should be overwhelming, stressful, or a burden. I want you to have routines that feel natural and healthy for you, not something that feels torturous.

We first dive into the root cause of your current patterns. This will trace back to an emotional root, which is when you first started thinking this way (for example- “exercise is hard,” “I don’t have time to eat healthy,” “I don’t deserve to be healthy,” etc.). We will deprogram these beliefs and shift your mindset to align with your goals.

Then, once we’ve healed this root cause, we’ll develop a plan of aligned action. This is physical action to take towards your goals!

Lastly, we will work through mindset shifts to keep you consistent and healthy.

Most programs ONLY focus on physical shifts, but by combing all three, you will see the best results and also feel your best after working with me.

I use techniques from various forms of exercise in order to develop a routine that works for you. In terms of diet, I do not believe in restriction, but rather on healing the relationship between your mind, body, and food. I focus on balance and developing trust in yourself, rather than forcing a particular diet or system.
