Terms and Conditions for Lillian Maya Beck

1. Introduction By engaging in my coaching services or online offers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided I offer 1:1 coaching, retreats, somatic movement, and online material. The scope of services will be detailed in your individual coaching agreement.

3. Booking and Scheduling Appointments must be booked at least two days in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least two days notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee/forfeiture of the session.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees: The fee for my services is variable, payment is available directly online, or is payable per session/monthly (if in a mentorship program).

• Payment Terms: Payment must be made in advance/upon receipt of invoice through Squarespace.

• Late Payments: Any late payments will incur a fee of $50 or 25% of the outstanding balance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Client: You may cancel or reschedule a session with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice will require you to forfeit the session, as well as the payment of the session.

• Cancellation by Coach: If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide at least a 24 hour notice and offer a new appointment or a refund.

6. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where required by law or with your explicit consent. I use reasonable measures to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Participation: Clients are expected to participate fully and engage in the coaching process.

• Preparation: Clients should prepare for sessions as agreed and complete any assignments or action items.

8. Disclaimer My coaching services are designed to provide support and guidance. They do not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). By engaging with me, you acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional services.

9. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with 48 hours written notice. Any outstanding fees will be due upon termination.

10. Limitation of Liability Lillian Maya Beck is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the coaching services.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oregon, USA.

12. Amendments I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
